📌 What We’re Looking For: Global Corporate Development
What You Will Do :
- Coordinate and support DANA's corporate finance, corporate development and investor engagement activities
- Manage and own aspects of the deal processes for corporate action activities (M&A, fundraisings, financial instrument issuance) both internally with DANA's various divisions (Finance, Business Intelligence, Legal etc.) and externally (investment banks, corporate lawyers and potential investors)
- Lead key qualitative (e.g. strategy development, competitive landscaping, industry analyses, etc.) and quantitative (e.g. all aspects of financial modelling) analyses in support of deals / deliverables
- Research insights and prepare updates on DANA's competitors, general market activity and economic conditions
- Prepare and update DANA's financial projections incorporating the latest business strategy, inputs from business unit heads and market intelligence / research
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc disclosures / data requests / presentations for shareholders and other external stakeholders
- Prior experience in corporate finance roles including but not limited to corporate development, investment banking, deal advisory, venture capital, private equity and/or other deal environment roles with involvement in a few end-to-end M&A deals, ideally in fintech/payments/TMT space
What You Will Need :
- Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including experience building financial models and valuing companies
- Strong analytical skills, fluency in performing rigorous financial, valuation and broad quantitative analyses and familiarity with accounting and key operational metrics
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication, sound judgment and maturity; pro-active team player who is action oriented, anticipate needs and is highly accountable
