📌 What We’re Looking For: Office Facility & HSE Specialist
What You Will Do :
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and security
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless facility management
- Develop, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key office processes
- Train staff on SOPs to ensure adherence and consistency
- Manage inventory levels of office supplies and equipment
- Procure necessary supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Identify gaps in existing security protocols and propose innovative solutions
- Implement measures to enhance the security of physical and digital assets
- Ensuring office security and promoting Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) best practices, including lead the development and execution of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental sustainability
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards
- Develop and implement protocols to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Implement technological solutions to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to integrate automation tools
- Monitor expenditure related to office facilities and management
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable working environment.
- Manage office inventory, including supplies, equipment, and furniture.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
