Creative Designer, The Philippines

Vero, a vibrant marketing, and communications agency fueled by trust, curiosity, and creativity, is seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for Senior Creative Designer who will be a key player in crafting compelling content that engages, informs, and inspires audiences across multiple platforms. 

What You'll Do:

• Master the Mix: Develop copy and execute creative design content requirements across a variety of online platforms, including blog posts, social media, and various marketing materials. 
• From Pixels to Prose: Conceptualize, write, craft, and design engaging content, whether it's a witty social media content, a comprehensive blog post, or captivating website page. 
• Visual Storytelling: Transform ideas into visual masterpieces, utilizing your expertise in creative tools like Photoshop, After Effects, and Premier Pro. 
• Data Detective: Can identify trends and translate data / digital insights into actionable strategies and content for continuous improvement. 
• Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (marketing, designers, account managers) and external clients to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand identity. 
• Trend Hunter: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and adopting the latest digital content trends and best practices. 
• Channel the Vero Voice: Immerse yourself in our brand, understand our values, and infuse them into every piece of content you create.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 4 years working experience in a creative agency as an Art director or designer  

• Confidently and comfortably work alongside the Creative leads, Copywriters, Account Managers, Planning and Media teams  

• Strong creative thinking, direction, conceptualization and design execution in all mediums; including designing and executing graphic motions (2D animation) 

• Believes efficient communication is sparked by positive conversations 

• Trusts that creativity and empathy are at the heart of great communication strategies  

• Outstanding English and Tagalog listening, writing and presentation skills 

• Comfortable working in a young, multicultural environment  

• Creative, curious, flexible and highly motivated 
  

TRAVEL & PLACE TO WORK

At Vero, we believe in flexibility and trust. We support both working from home (WFH) and face-to-face interactions in countries where offices are available. Our team leaders decide where their teams will work, whether it's at the office, from home, or at a third space like a local café. We understand that everyone has different needs and preferences, so we offer flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, which may vary depending on workload and client needs.
