JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Manage and establish strategies to build genuine connections and nurture long-term relationships
between Vero and influencers, including communities of all levels, to promote trust and two-way
communication.
• Provide strategic knowledge and support to the team and our clients regarding the Philippine
influencer scene.
• Develop, update, and manage the database of influencers for Vero Philippines.
• Support internal teams in influencer execution and develop sustainable internal processes to secure
the agency’s relationships and monitor regular engagement.
• Assist the Regional Vero Brand team in growing Vero’s reputation within the industry, ensuring the
brand remains active across channels in the Philippines and the region.
• Support the team in pitching and supporting client activities in the realms of PR, social, digital, and
influencer engagement, including providing creative solutions to client challenges and embracing
emerging marketing technology for the betterment of both the agency and client business.
About You:
•Graduate of bachelor's degree in Public relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related course
•You have at least 4 years of working experience in a communication-related field, working with influencers on a daily basis.
•You have a strong influencer network. You understand the market’s specificities when it comes to influencer engagement, and you know how to keep both updated and growing.
•You believe efficient communication is sparked by positive conversations.
•You trust that creativity and empathy are at the heart of great communication strategies.
•You have good English speaking and writing skills and you are comfortable working in a young, multicultural environment.
•You don’t satisfy with boring things; you are curious and always up to date with new trends
•You love to join events and meet people
•You are highly organized, adaptable, curious, and creative and your friends rely on you to organize crazy parties/activities.
