About the Role:
- Office and Home based.
- 5-day work per week (shift basis, including evening, weekend and/or public holiday).
- Shift hours (7am-4pm / 10am-7pm / 4pm-1am / 7pm-4am / 10pm-7am).
- Fresh graduate are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Handle international customers' emails and live chat enquiries regarding pre-sales and after sales service enquiries.
- Liaise with Logistics, After Sales Service and global boutiques on daily basis.
- Follow up the offline store enquiries and complaints.
- Other ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year relevant experiences in customer service/ luxury retail field.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- French speaker is a must.
- Fluent in English. Any other language will be a bonus.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong sales-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, patient and committed.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
