As a Customer Service Agent, you will support customers throughout their purchasing journey and play a key role in strengthening PERGOLUX’s reputation for premium, high-quality service. You will guide customers with expertise, empathy, and clarity—ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a global outdoor-living brand rooted in Scandinavian design.

What You’ll Do
Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and (video) chat.
Assist customers with product questions and guide them confidently through the ordering process.
Handle inquiries, returns, and complaints while ensuring accurate and detailed case documentation.
Coordinate with logistics partners to maintain smooth and transparent delivery processes.
Maintain customer data and contribute to process improvements that elevate service quality.
What You’ll Bring
Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B1) for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce or a related field.
Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented, empathetic approach.
Enjoyment of a dynamic and collaborative environment with a strong service mindset.
Excellent organisational abilities and openness to learning new systems and tools.
