We’re hiring an Operations Manager to lead the development and optimization of our warehousing, logistics, procurement, and forecasting functions. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll own end‑to‑end supply chain operations, scale processes for rapid growth, and build a world‑class logistics organization.
Oversee warehousing, fulfillment, and last‑mile logistics across facilities.
Build, onboard, and lead the logistics team for our California warehouse.
Standardize operational processes between Connecticut and California sites, ensuring alignment on inventory, fulfillment, and reporting standards.
Manage procurement strategy, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations, including international supply chain partners.
Own demand forecasting and align forecasts with sales targets.
Lead inventory planning, replenishment strategies, and supply chain operations.
Drive continuous improvement across logistics and supply chain workflows.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Proven experience in warehouse & logistics operations management.
Strong background in supply chain and procurement.
Skilled in forecasting and inventory planning.
Experience scaling operations in a high‑growth e‑commerce environment.
ERP or WMS implementation experience.
Track record negotiating with vendors across international supply networks.
Proficiency with supply chain technologies (ERP, WMS).
Strong data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
Budgeting and cost control management.
Confident leader and team builder.
Excellent problem‑solver under pressure.
Clear, proactive communication style.
Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or above), both written and verbal.
Fully staffed, high‑performing logistics team at the California warehouse within 3–6 months.
Effective transition of forecasting and procurement ownership from global teams to local leadership.
Established, standardized operational processes across all warehouses with measurable performance improvements.
