Job Role: Customer Service, Sales Support, & Administration Support
Compensation range: $1,800 AUD - $2,200 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: An established family-owned manufacturing business specialising in made-to-order everlasting memorial plaques and personalised products. They serve both trade partners (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C), and have operated for over 20 years and continue to grow steadily.
Role Overview: This role provides structured, detail-focused support across customer service, artwork preparation, order coordination, administration and marketing support. The position requires high accuracy, clear communication and strong ownership of responsibilities. We are seeking a dedicated, long-term team member who will become an integrated and valued part of the business. Stability, maturity and attention to detail are more important than high-volume call centre experience.
