• Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system to facilitate follow-ups and service improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay updated on promotions, product launches, and company policies to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to address customer issues with empathy.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
