Key Responsibilities/Tasks
- Identify prospective banking customers from local corporates, SMEs, NGOs, institutions, and social groups for onboarding to the Bank.
- Market and sell other Bank products as may be assigned from time to time.
- Represent the Bank as the first point of contact in the assigned market and relay customer inquiries, complaints, or market feedback to the designated Bank Officer.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit them to the responsible Bank Officer to enable timely payment of commissions.
- Adhere to the Bank's KYC/AML guidelines, procedures for account opening, and agent banking regulations.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with the Bank’s code of conduct and relevant laws.
- Promote POS, QR Code/Tan QR activation, and bancassurance services to eligible customers.
Risk Management:
- Ensure effective adoption and utilization of risk management tools
- Drive remediation of risk management exceptions identified during audit or risk reviews
- Promote risk management culture

Academic / Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or any related field
Working Experience Required
· A at least of 1 year of experience in sales
. Sales in banking industry is an added advantage
