JOB TITLE: SENIOR ASSOCIATE- WEALTH MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS
LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE
REPORTS TO: COUNTRY MANAGER
Job purpose:
The Job holder will be responsible for day to day processing of transactions, account
opening documentation checks and review and administrative responsibilities as assigned
from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
Unit trust operations including; client account opening, client purchases and
withdrawals.
▪ Offshore securities processing and update of transaction on I&M Capital’s
transaction processing system.
▪ Local market trades processing which includes but not limited to treasury bonds
and bills.
▪ Management and achieving client agreements and other documents
▪ Ensure unit trust statements and client reports are generated and delivered to
clients within agreed frequency and in a timely manner.
▪ Management of client queries/ enquiries and complaints with assistance.
▪ Management of invoices and/ or income collection within stipulated timelines and
credited to respective income accounts.
▪ Carry out daily bank account and stock reconciliations and clearance of
outstanding items within stipulated timelines.
▪ Ensure all system upgrades are managed in accordance with policy; all upgrades
are tested and documented.
▪ Ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures while
processing transactions.
▪ Manage all regulatory reporting as required by local laws and regulations.
▪ Collate all management information as required from time to time.
Education Requirements
▪ A bachelor’s degree in any business-related field
▪ Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments qualification (CISI)
Work Experience
▪ At least three years’ Banking experience.
▪ Good knowledge of Wealth Management Operations
▪ Good knowledge of local and offshore markets and trading procedures
▪Good knowledge of Client onboarding requirements and policies
