Duties:
- Responsible for assisting dispatching & scheduling 16+ trucks
- Billing, invoicing, servicing tickets
- Tracking employee hours & payroll
- Preparing & tracking proposals
- Answering & directing phone calls
- Working with subcontractors and paperwork involved with them
- Handling customer inquiries and scheduling
- General office work
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Dispatching & Administrative experience in a construction field
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong math skills
- Knowledge of the City of Denver and surrounding areas
- Clean driving record and okay with background check and drug screen
