As an Energy Specialist, you will own outcomes for the entire customer journey, ensuring a seamless sales and service experience from initial contact (both inbound and outbound) to resolution, driving satisfaction and retention. Staying updated on products, services, and industry trends to deliver exceptional, tailored service, you’ll engage customers using various channels, providing personalized support through either phone, chat, or email. By identifying and promoting upselling opportunities, you’ll enhance the customer experience and drive growth. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are key aspects of this role. You’ll share insights and learnings with other Energy Specialists, ensuring readiness and impactful customer interactions, leading to collective success and continuous improvement within the hub.

We are looking for a passionate customer advocate with a deep understanding of energy operational processes, who excels in navigating new products and propositions to deliver exceptional outcomes that balance customer and business needs. You’ll have the ability to understand sales processes and navigate energy products, services, and operational procedures to deliver seamless, high-impact outcomes for customers. As a collaborative self-leader, you’ll demonstrate the ability to work closely with peers, contributing to a T-shaped team by sharing insights, expertise, and best practices.
Your adaptability and learning agility will enable you to quickly learn and apply new information and processes with a growth mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll naturally embrace new challenges and continuously strive to improve personal and team performance, whilst being adaptable to changing circumstances, priorities, and business requirements. As an exceptional communicator, you’ll be masterful in both written and verbal communication, able to captivate, engage, and influence any audience with clarity and confidence.
