Position Overview
Provide hands-on support for ERP, OMS, and retail POS systems supporting China business operations.
This role investigates system exceptions, supports controlled configuration changes, assists with integration issue analysis, and collaborates with global IT teams in India and the US.
This is not a helpdesk role. As part of a focused two-person systems team in China, the position requires structured troubleshooting, technical judgment, and the ability to narrow root causes before escalation.
Strong performance can grow into deeper local ERP and OMS subject-matter ownership over time.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations of China ERP, OMS, and retail POS systems
Investigate system exceptions across order, inventory, procurement, warehouse, and finance processes
Identify and narrow root causes before escalation
Coordinate issue resolution with global IT and vendors under Aaron’s guidance
Support ERP and OMS optimization initiatives
Maintain ERP master data and key configurations per defined approval processes
Support controlled configuration updates in ERP and OMS
Assist with data validation and operational accuracy checks
Review logs and transaction records to support API and integration issue analysis
Prepare structured issue summaries for global IT teams
Participate in integration testing and validation
Develop and maintain ERP and OMS SOP documentation
Identify recurring system risks and propose improvements
Support enhancement testing and rollout coordination
Requirements
2+ years of ERP system support experience (ERP required)
Experience with Jackyun ERP strongly preferred
Retail, e-commerce, or supply chain experience preferred
Ability to analyze system behavior and narrow integration issues independently
Basic understanding of APIs and system integration concepts
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Able to participate in English meetings and communicate with India and US IT teams
