Commercial Insurance Associate
The Job
We’re looking to recruit a self-motivated individual with a natural flair of sales within our Commercial Insurance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of Malta's most prominent businesses. If you enjoy meeting people and working as part of a dynamic team in a family feel environment, then we could be a match!
The job consists of building and maintaining good business relationships with clients; gathering information and assessing their insurance needs and presenting solutions to help customers make purchasing decisions according to their needs. The chosen candidate will ensure customers understand the terms of cover and prepares the insurance documentation.
About You
You must have a people-oriented personality and be good at establishing positive relationships with all types of commercial clients. You must also be a committed team player, meticulous and enthusiastic, with a sales aptitude and a strong commitment to excellent service.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
- excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with customers
- highly motivated with a natural flair for sales
- IT proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
- an advanced level of education
- experience in an insurance setting or a customer care related discipline would be considered an asset
