We’re looking for a strategic + hands-on General Manager – Marketing who doesn’t just run ads, but owns growth end-to-end. Someone who thinks in funnels, speaks in numbers, experiments relentlessly, and knows how to scale what works. What You’ll Own
This is a high-ownership role. You won’t “support growth” — you’ll drive it.
Growth & Performance
- Own and scale performance marketing across Google, Meta, and emerging channels
- Drive user acquisition at scale while constantly improving CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Build and iterate on full-funnel growth experiments — audiences, creatives, landing pages, pricing, offers
- Turn data into decisions. Fast.
Creative × Growth
- Partner closely with creative strategy to build ad assets that actually convert
- Develop a strong instinct for what works, why it works, and how to scale it
- Balance speed with learning — test fast, kill faster, double down ruthlessly
Cross-Functional Impact
- Work deeply with content, category, and product teams to align demand with supply
- Ensure users we acquire find immediate value — not just installs, but outcomes
- Be the bridge between growth metrics and real user behavior
Data, Tracking & Systems
- Strengthen attribution, tracking, and reporting (GA, Appsflyer, dashboards, cohorts)
- Build visibility into what’s working — and what’s silently bleeding money
- Set up growth systems that scale beyond individuals
Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth & marketing team
- Raise the bar on ownership, clarity, and execution
- Act like a founder for growth — because this role is one
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing / growth at high-growth startups or consumer businesses
- Proven experience scaling large acquisition budgets with accountability
- Strong analytical muscle — Excel/Sheets is a must; SQL is a plus
- Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA, Appsflyer & attribution tools
- First-principles thinker with extreme ownership and bias for action
- Comfortable getting into dashboards and rolling up sleeves to fix things yourself
