We’re looking for a Senior Strategy Manager – Monetisation to shape "how Seekho scales its revenue models". This role will sit at the intersection of data, experimentation, and business strategy
What You’ll Do
Act as the single source of truth for data-led decision-making across pricing, paywalls, freemium funnels, and retention initiatives.
Own the analytical strategy behind experimenting, optimising, and scaling new subscription and monetisation models.
Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Content teams to translate business problems into structured experiments, insights, and recommendations.
Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments across subscriptions and monetisation levers.
Build and maintain models, dashboards, and frameworks that help leadership understand:
What’s working
What to scale
What to stop
Support strategic decision-making for upcoming monetisation bets including Segmentation led discounting, Freemium, Ads, and Microtransactions.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in strategy, analytics, growth, or monetisation roles in a data-driven environment
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel, with hands-on experience in:
Designing experiments
Interpreting A/B test results
Analysing subscription and funnel data
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, or Business teams.
Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and independently drive analysis from problem definition to recommendation
