The Program Analyst will serve as a strategic and analytical partner to the Sr. Program Manager responsible for overseeing the IKE SmartCity program nationally. This role is designed to support post-contract strategy through rigorous analysis, technical insight, and data-driven recommendations that inform program-level decision-making.
As the IKE SmartCity program continues to scale across multiple markets, this role will provide advanced analytical support to help anticipate risk, identify opportunity, and optimize program performance. While the Program Analyst does not own final program decisions, the role plays a critical advisory function by translating complex technical, contractual, and operational data into actionable insights.
The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within complex, data-heavy environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, building structured frameworks, and partnering closely with senior leadership to improve strategic outcomes. This role will report directly to the Sr. Program Manager overseeing the IKE Smart City program nationally.
