Job Title: Intake Coordinator / Case Management

Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the new client intake process, ensuring all required information and documentation is collected and entered accurately.
- Provide case management support for existing clients, maintaining communication and ensuring cases progress smoothly.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Handle conflict resolution and address client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure cases are assigned, scheduled, and managed efficiently.
- Ensure all case details and scheduling information are entered correctly to avoid operational disruptions.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
- Respond promptly to messages, requests, and updates from clients and team members.

- Software experience required: Rethink, Bolt, Slack, Google Workspace
