Your Role at Dash0
As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) Intern for People & Talent, you will be the right hand to our leadership team in building the foundational "operating system" of our company: our people. This isn't a role for someone who wants to follow a manual; it’s for someone who wants to write the manual.
You will lead high-impact founding projects across the entire employee lifecycle, from the first "hello" on LinkedIn to a seamless day-to-day employee experience. Your mission is to make our People department as efficient, AI-driven, and "delightful" as our product itself.
What You’ll Do
Founding People Operations Projects
The Employee Journey: Map out and improve key milestones (onboarding, anniversaries, promotions).
Onboarding & Admin: Own the "Day 1" experience. You’ll manage onboarding logistics, administrative to-dos, and contract amendments, ensuring everything is compliant but human-centric.
Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks in our current people processes and propose lean, scalable solutions.

Fast Learner: You can dive into a technical environment and understand what makes a Cloud Engineer or an OpenTelemetry contributor tick.
