Dash0 is looking for a technical storyteller and campaign architect to turn our deep observability expertise into a global demand engine. We don’t just need a writer; we need an early marketing leader who can take "deep tech" knowledge and deconstruct it into strategic "campaign blocks" that resonate with SREs, CTOs, and Platform Engineers across the globe.
As one of our first marketing hires, you will be "all hands on deck"—building the campaign and content function from the ground up, scaling our YouTube presence, and shaping the narrative of a category-defining startup.
Campaign Architecture: Deconstruct complex technical content (OpenTelemetry, monitoring patterns) into high-impact campaign blocks, including emails, social sequences, and landing pages tailored for technical personas.
AI-Enabled Workflows: Lead the integration of AI tools (LLMs, research assistants) into our content lifecycle to drive efficiency while maintaining a high bar for technical accuracy.
Global Market Adaptation: Own the strategy for international growth, ensuring campaigns are technically and culturally adapted for global markets.
ABM & Personalization: Design data-driven, personalized campaign tracks for high-value accounts.
Multimedia & YouTube Strategy: Support the creation of a video strategy that uses narrative storytelling—tutorials and thought leadership—to drive top-of-funnel awareness.
DevRel Partnership: Collaborate with our DevRel team to identify trending technical topics and support the end-to-end execution of high-value webinars.
Visual Identity & PR: Work with design teams to ensure a premium visual identity across all campaigns and provide "startup-style" support for PR and brand-building initiatives.
The Technical Translator: You have high technical intuition. You can read a complex technical guide and immediately identify the "hook" for different seniority levels, from engineers to CTOs.
The Builder Mentality: You’ve built content functions or marketing engines from scratch before. You prefer creating the playbook to just following one.
Narrative Specialist: You are comfortable with journalism or deep-form storytelling, allowing you to make "dry" technical topics compelling and human.
Data-Informed: You are obsessed with performance. You track how content impacts the revenue lifecycle and iterate based on what the data shows.
Tool Proficient: You are an expert in the modern marketing stack (CRMs, SEO tools, and project management software).
4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content and campaigns.
Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and lead generation through technical content strategies.
Exceptional native-level English writing skills.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a major plus.
