We are looking for a Software Engineer II who can independently design, build, and deliver production-grade software across the full stack. We take ownership of features end to end—from ideation through deployment and ongoing reliability—while making thoughtful technical decisions that align with customer needs and business outcomes. This role suits engineers who are comfortable navigating ambiguity, contributing to system design, and balancing speed with long-term sustainability. We value strong engineering judgment, operational ownership, and the ability to collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver real impact.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of moderately complex features and services, including design, development, testing, deployment, and operations
- Design and build scalable, reliable systems across APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and front-end components
- Use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, reduce repetitive work, and enhance code quality while validating accuracy and security
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with full responsibility for unit, integration, end-to-end, and manual testing
- Participate in and contribute to technical design discussions, identifying opportunities for simplification and improvement
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to clarify requirements, scope work, and communicate trade-offs and timelines
- Monitor and maintain services in production, contributing to on-call rotations, incident response, and system reliability
- Continuously improve developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and engineering processes
- Mentor early-career engineers and promote a culture of code quality, ownership, and operational excellence
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, Java, Python, or PHP
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including building, deploying, and debugging cloud-based applications
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and full-stack development
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and DevOps best practices
- Ability to make sound technical decisions in evolving or ambiguous environments
- Comfort using AI development tools thoughtfully and critically to support high-quality outcomes
- Strong collaboration skills combined with the ability to work independently and take ownership
- A mindset focused on delivering outcomes, not just output, with a clear connection between engineering work and business value
