Qualifications
Experience
- More than 5 years of hands‑on lifting (or equivalent equipment supervision).
- Experience drafting/reviewing Lift Plans and risk assessments as per ADNOC requirement
- International or multi‑site project experience.
- Experience with BIM‑based lift simulation or other advanced planning tools.
Technical Knowledge
- Load calculations & center‑of‑gravity analysis.
- Rigging equipment proficiency: Chains, wire ropes, slings, and routine inspection procedures.
- Ability to develop and implement risk‑assessment and safety‑control procedures.
Skills
- Leadership & team‑management: Training crew members, directing on‑site activities.
- Effective communication:
- Documentation ability: Preparing work logs, inspection reports, incident reports.
- Crisis response & problem‑solving: Quick decision‑making in emergency situations.
Physical requirement
- Physical fitness for site mobility: Ability to work at heights and inspect equipment on location.
- Valid driver’s license (if vehicle operation is required for site travel).
- High integrity & ethical standards: Safety‑critical role demands strong moral conduct.
Mandatory Certificate and License
- Lifting Operations Supervisor Certificate (TPC)
