QC SCMS Operator

General Characteristics (Job Summary)

• Through the SCMS, manage and share the inspection status to each discipline QC Supervisor.
• Reports to the QC Manager the inspection status daily.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor the missed inspection status in order to inform it to QC Supervisor and QC Manager
• Ensure the SCMS is working and if not, need to communicate with in-charge person of the SCMS to fix it.
• Manage the daily updated status.
• Provide daily updated status related to the SCMS to the QC Supervisor whenever QC Supervisor want it.

Qualifications

Experience

• Quality Control, SCMS System.

Knowledge

• Proven experience in SCMS management system

Job Specific Specialty

• Quality control with SCMS Knowledge.

Technical Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
