Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Logistics & Warehouse Operations team to ensure the continuity and reliability of our deployment flows across our three sites.

Your mission will be to manage the reception, storage, preparation, and shipment of IT equipment while ensuring stock accuracy and strict compliance with safety procedures, in order to support our European growth and the success of the Brooklyn project.

We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.

You will be part of a team of 12 people distributed across three sites (CDS, DC5, and DC2/DC3). The team operates with a weekly rotation system to ensure versatility and full control of the entire IT logistics chain.

This position is a one-to-one replacement to maintain team stability and operational excellence.

You will work in close and constant collaboration with your teammates, as well as with the Production department, third-party service providers, carriers, and Opcore.

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming IT equipment and components

- Prepare and package hardware for internal deployment or external shipment

- Ensure accurate stock management and real-time updates in Odoo

- Use computer tools and Zebra tablets to track logistics flows

- Coordinate daily with Production teams to align on deployment priorities

- Manage urgent delivery requests, especially for Opcore

- Organize and optimize storage areas to maintain operational efficiency

- Ensure compliance with safety rules and internal procedures

- Communicate proactively with carriers and external partners

- Participate in the site rotation schedule and support workload balancing

0 to 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or goods flow operations

Experience handling merchandise flows (receiving, storage, shipping)

Comfortable using digital tools (computer, email, Slack, Odoo or similar ERP)

Ability to use scanning devices such as Zebra tablets

Understanding of stock reliability and safety procedures

Rigor and precision

Autonomy and strong organizational skills

Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Collaborative mindset and good verbal communication skills

Ability to manage stress and prioritize during urgent situations
