We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analytics, performance optimization, and ROI-focused campaign management to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Oversee ad account management, including budgeting, billing, campaign structuring, and optimization.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including CPC, CPA, CPM, CTR, CVR, ROI, and LTV, ensuring continuous improvement of campaign efficiency.
Leverage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and other analytics platforms to track user behavior, measure campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies, visuals, and landing pages aligned with user intent and brand tone.
Design and manage A/B tests, targeting strategies, and audience segmentation to enhance campaign results.
Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key insights, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Work closely with Product, Data, and Growth teams to align campaigns with product objectives and user engagement goals.
Identify and recommend new growth channels, bidding strategies, and automation opportunities to maximize ROI.
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
Proven ability to plan and execute data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
