Role Overview – Manager-Strategy & Consulting(Presales)
This role supports the Growth Office and sales teams in shaping winning solutions for clients.
The consultant works closely with client partners, delivery teams, and practice leaders to understand client challenges and design compelling solution proposals.
The role requires a mix of business consulting, presales strategy, proposal development, and stakeholder management, while ensuring Brillio’s solutions are clearly differentiated from competitors.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Requirement Discovery: Engage with customers to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and identify key drivers to position the right solutions.
Solution Design & Proposal Development: Develop customized solution proposals including effort estimates, pricing models, and RFP/RFI responses aligned with client needs.
Client Presentations & Workshops: Conduct client presentations, solution walkthroughs, and technical workshops to clearly articulate the value proposition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with GTM teams, Delivery, Vertical leaders, Practice teams, and COE leads to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Asset Creation: Develop reusable assets such as solution templates, pitch decks, and case studies to strengthen future proposals.
Competitive & Market Analysis: Conduct competitive benchmarking and contribute to “Price to Win” strategies to improve deal success rates.
Market Research & Industry Awareness: Continuously track industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance solution offerings and maintain competitive positioning.
Required Skills
Overall 5+Yrs of experience.
3–5 years of experience in Presales, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Bid Support roles.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for effort estimation, pricing models, and financial analysis.
Advanced PowerPoint skills to build compelling client presentations and proposal decks.
Ability to create high-impact solution documents and executive presentations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple pursuits, and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Insurance, Consumer, or Business Process Services (BPS) domains.
Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to derive business insights, improve proposal quality, and streamline processes.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
MBA mandatory from Tier-1 or Tier-2 Business Schools.
