This is a temporary six month, potentially longer, hands-on, execution-focused role working directly with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams. You will play a key part in implementing updated brand standards across materials, systems, and communications — while also supporting ongoing marketing initiatives.
This opportunity is ideal for an early- to mid-career marketing professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to gain experience supporting a company-wide brand transformation within a growing organization.
What You'll Do
Support execution of the 2026 brand refresh and company name transition.Assist with updating brand elements across documents, templates, marketing materials, and internal systems.Maintain consistency with updated messaging, visual standards, and naming conventions.Coordinate updates to proposals, presentations, recruiting materials, jobsite signage, fleet branding, and digital assets.Assist with drafting and editing internal communications related to the brand rollout.Support development and coordination of website updates, social content, and marketing materials.Organize and maintain marketing assets, photography, and brand documentation.Prepare collateral and sales support materials for business development efforts.Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, HR, IT, and Operations teams.Coordinate timelines and track deliverables for brand implementation projects.Maintain internal documentation related to rollout activities.Support coordination with external vendors and creative partners.Assist in preparing marketing assets for the external brand announcement and campaign launch.Support updates across website, digital channels, and social media.Help coordinate internal and external communications tied to the launch.Organize campaign materials for PR, digital marketing, and business development outreach.Assist with marketing project tracking and task management.Support event preparation and asset organization.Maintain templates, systems, and marketing file libraries.Provide general marketing support as needed during the transition period.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field2+ years of marketing or communications experienceStrong organizational and project coordination skillsExcellent written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing or design tools is a plus
