We are seeking an experienced, hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to execute and optimize integrated marketing initiatives that directly support business development and revenue growth.
This role owns B2B marketing/sales campaign execution end-to-end, from messaging development and copywriting through CRM workflow architecture, launch, reporting, and optimization. While overall marketing strategy is led by the Marketing Director and sales strategy is created in partnership with Sales Operational leaders, this position plays a key role in translating strategy into actionable campaign plans, refining audience targeting, and contributing data-driven insights that shape future direction. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute account-based marketing programs that drive engagement across priority accounts, key stakeholders, and active opportunitiesLead account data enrichment and segmentation initiatives to support account prioritization and targeting strategyPartner closely with business development to align marketing initiatives with growth objectivesBuild, manage, and optimize CRM workflows , including lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, lead scoring, and automationMeasure and report on marketing influence across account engagement, opportunity creation, and pipeline progressionTranslate market segment priorities and growth objectives into structured campaign plans and outreach strategiesPresent campaign performance insights and recommendations to marketing and business development stakeholdersContinuously refine marketing processes to improve scalability, reporting accuracy, and marketing-to-sales alignmentLeverage AI and emerging marketing technologies to improve efficiency, content development, and campaign performanceExecute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, and targeted channelsDevelop campaign messaging and write compelling copy for emails, landing pages, case studies, and other marketing collateralManage email deployment, testing, and performance tracking
Key Qualifications
7+ years of B2B marketing experience with strong campaign ownershipExperience building workflows, segmentation strategies, lead nurturing programs, and performance reportingProven experience executing multi-channel campaigns from concept through optimizationStrong copywriting and content development capabilitiesHands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; prior Salesforce or HubSpot experience preferredFamiliarity with lifecycle marketing and marketing-to-sales handoffsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionComfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and campaign executionExperience supporting business development or sales teams requiredCommercial construction or related project-based B2B industry experience preferred
