Role overview
We are hiring a Marketing Designer to strengthen how we design and deliver marketing and commercial materials across the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong eye for quality and a genuine interest in craft. You will produce a high volume of marketing and commercial design work while helping improve the templates, systems, and processes that allow teams to move faster without lowering the bar for design.
The role spans multiple brand contexts — GetGround, BuyAssociation, and individual property developments — requiring the ability to adapt design across different audiences and commercial needs while maintaining consistency and quality.
Alongside delivering work, you will help improve how marketing design operates across the company by introducing better templates, clearer workflows, and stronger visual standards.
What you’ll be responsible for
You will deliver high-quality brand and commercial design work across a range of channels, including:
Sales and partnership materials (brochures, floorplans, decks, one-pagers)
Templates and creatives for digital marketing across paid and owned channels
Event materials for sales, partner, and brand-led events
Visual assets supporting campaigns, launches, and promotions
A significant part of the role involves producing well-crafted marketing materials quickly and reliably, helping teams communicate clearly with customers, partners, and investors.
Your work will span three main design contexts:
BuyAssociation — supporting the BA sales team with day-to-day marketing materials and development collateral within the existing brand framework.
GetGround — creating campaign and marketing assets with the GetGround partnerships team, aligned with the GetGround brand and product experience.
Property developments — designing launch materials for new developments (e.g. brochures, landing assets, campaign visuals) to help position and market each project.
You will also contribute to maintaining and improving brand guidelines, helping ensure design across marketing, sales, and partnerships remains clear and consistent.
What success looks like
Marketing and sales materials look consistently high-quality and well-crafted.
Teams use the templates and assets you create rather than reinventing work.
Campaign and ad creative is clearer, more consistent, and easier to launch.
Development marketing materials feel professional and cohesive.
Stakeholders trust your judgement on design quality and brand standards.
Success is measured by quality, consistency, and usefulness of design output, not volume alone.
Success is measured on quality, consistency, and usefulness, not output volume alone.
