The Opportunity
We're looking for a Lead Recruiter to own the entire lifecycle of hiring across our UK and Philippines operations. You will be able to pivot from hiring some of the worlds best Software Engineers into our London team, through to hiring for our corporate functions in the UK and Philippines. This is your chance to build the teams that will redefine property investment, working at the forefront of PropTech and AI innovation. What You'll Own
End-to-end recruitment across from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding
Building and nurturing talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs
Partnering with hiring managers to define roles, ideal profiles, and assessment approaches
Sourcing creatively across channels and experimenting with AI-powered recruitment tools
Delivering a candidate experience that reflects our ambition and values
Tracking, analysing, and improving hiring metrics and processes
Scaling our talent acquisition strategy as we grow rapidly
