Moser Consulting is seeking a marketing intern for Summer 2026. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, or Video Production. This will be a fully immersive AND PAID internship. During your time at Moser, you will work with our Project Coordinator to learn project management, client relations, and Jira. You will work with our designers on real, ongoing projects for both internal Moser needs and outside clients. You will work with our Multimedia Specialist on video projects and help to produce our weekly company podcast. And you will work with our Director of Sales and Marketing to see and learn how all these materials are used by our sales team, giving you a truly 360-degree view of, and participation in, Moser’s marketing efforts. This will occur in a working marketing department which means you will do any and all of these things simultaneously as you experience and learn to survive and successfully navigate the glorious chaos that is marketing.
You will also, of course, do some other traditional things traditionally expected of interns:
Marketing interns at Moser will get coffee. (With us, when we go on our coffee runs) They will grab lunch. (With their colleagues at company provided lunches on Tuesdays at our downtown Indy office and Wednesdays at our HQ in Castleton) They will make copies and cover other seemingly uncool marketing tasks that are nevertheless integral to the process. Internship Projects:
Moser Marketing Interns will be given the opportunity to oversee a long-term marketing project during their internship. This could be identifying potential clients and developing pitch materials, it could be competitive research. This will be a weeks-long project the interns can work on when they are not working on the following learning opportunities:
Project Management and Client Relations:
Interns will learn how to plan, conduct, and recap a meeting. How to enter a job into JIRA, track progress on that job, and mark it completed. During the internship, interns will set up a project, hold a kick-off meeting, and recap it for the participants.
Graphic Design:
Interns will learn basics of design and assist in the creation of materials for print, web, and social media. Concepting and brainstorming ideas, setting up files, Squarespace page creation, editing, etc.
Interns will either design from scratch, or edit, a file for a project. (Depending on their level of experience in design…we’re not going to make a Client Service focused Intern design…but they should, at minimum, be comfortable opening files and adjusting text, etc.)
Multimedia Creation:
Interns will learn basics of photography, videography, and audio set up and editing.
Interns will set up studio and record either by camera or in Zoom for a Monthly Meeting or other available video project. They will then edit the footage and match up the audio from microphones to the in-camera audio. They will also help to set up, record, and edit a podcast episode.
Sales Team:
Interns will experience how the materials they have spent the past month and a half building are used by the sales team.
Interns will attend internal sales meetings and possibly sit in on a sales call/visit. They will bring feedback or suggestions from the sales team back to Marketing for edits or to kick off a new project. For the remainder of their time at Moser, interns will float on an as-needed basis throughout the marketing team, giving special focus on their chosen area.
You will have the ability to work a hybird/onsite schedule out of our 2 Indianapolis offices. The majority of the work will be out of our downtown office, but may be able to float to our Castleton office.
