Job Role: Marketing Manager

Compensation range: $1,800 AUD - $2,125 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: They are an exclusive Australian distributor for the following European /Engineering companies in the waste & Recycling sector. They act as the sales and distribution arm for their partner companies and are a small team with specific experience and skills in the following.

  • Sales
  • Project Management
  • Engineering
  • Commissioning plans
  • Servicing installations

The client with its partners deliver plants for recycling of Organic wastes as well as other waste streams. The products offered by the client are world class and the service level must at all times be world leading


Role Overview: We are seeking a Marketing professional to support the CEO & Sales Mgr in a range of tasks and duties. You must have exceptional English both written and oral, must be experienced in raising brand awareness and penetrating new markets, be highly organized and an effective team player that can manage competing priorities and work towards meeting deadlines. The role is to drive the promotion of the company’s brand across Australia through electronic and Physical mediums and support the CEO and Sales manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, email, and advertising with a focus on LinkedIn Google, company website, company followers, CEO LinkedIn page
  • Direct Marketing Campaigns: Focus on e-marketing and email campaigns to raise awareness of the company and its partners across Australasia and gain sales leads 3
  • Content creation: Produce engaging content for websites, social media, newsletters, and other platforms. Create high-quality creative assets for advertising campaigns.
  • Website Management & SEO: Preview and update Website to display company changes and engage clients.
  • Management of Data base: Take fill control of the company   Data base and external bases as well as linking into CRM
  • Data analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and use the data to report on key metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments like sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Lead generation: Develop strategies to generate leads and support the sales team's objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing preferable.
  • 2-5 years with marketing /SEO experience
  • Highly Fluent English, both oral and written.
  • Exceptional communication skills including the ability to listen and follow instructions correctly.
  • Great attention to detail and thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Experience with all Social media and Direct marketing platforms
  • Flexible with tasks outside of ongoing position responsibilities.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
