A major international pharmaceutical company: Medical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics to promote medical products and services
• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations for both potential clients and existing accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing timely feedback and insights to the management team
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports on sales activities, performance, and market developments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, regulatory) to ensure alignment of business objectives
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant industry regulations
• Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other professional events to enhance brand visibility and build networks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales or a related healthcare industry role
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, products, and industry practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
