Medical Scribe (AP1216)
Staffing for Doctors is excited to offer the position of Medical Scribe to support healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care. As a Medical Scribe, you will be responsible for accurately documenting patient encounters in real-time, allowing physicians to focus on patient interaction while ensuring that all medical records are comprehensive and compliant with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record patient histories, examinations, and diagnostic information during medical appointments.
- Assist healthcare providers in the efficient resolution of clinical documentation.
- Review and manage medical records to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality rules.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including appointment scheduling and follow-up coordination.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a medical administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with clinical documentation standards.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A Laptop / Desktop with an I5 Gen5 processor, equivalent or higher with RAM of atleast 8GB or Above
- A Minimum of 25mpbs Download Speed for Main ISP and back up internet and power supply.
