Reports to: Director of Central Ministries
Hours Commitment: Full-time (40-45 hours/week)
Objective: The Ministry Leadership Team (MLT) Assistant provides direct administrative support to the Director of Campus Pastors and Director of Central Ministries to focus on people and mission. Additionally, they will provide organizational support and resourcing to the Ministry Leadership Team. Through strong organization, proactive support, and clear communication, they help create environments where teams can serve effectively, and attendees can experience excellence.

Primary Responsibilities: Administrative Support
Understand and actively anticipate the needs of the Director of Campus Pastors and the Director of Central Ministries, providing timely and thoughtful support Manage and coordinate meeting schedules for the Director of Campus Pastors and the Director of Central Ministries, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is stewarded effectively Understand leadership rhythms and ministry needs to schedule meetings thoughtfully and appropriately Proactively anticipate and prepare all necessary materials in advance, including slides, printed resources, applications, agenda items etc Provide email management, including inbox organization, follow-ups, and correspondence support for Director of Campus Pastors and Director of Central Ministries Anticipate and resource with necessary supplies Arrange travel arrangements and bookings for Director of Campus Pastors and Director of Central Ministries, including itineraries and logistics Track and process expenses including reconciliation and mileage reporting, supporting responsible stewardship of resources
Primary Responsibilities: Ministry Leadership Team Support
Communicate clearly with all staff on relevant Ministry Leadership Team (MLT) matters Maintain the Weekly Planning Sheet, ensuring all LCBC location teams have clarity on upcoming priorities and needs Coordinate lunches for MLT meetings Manage offsite bookings for retreats, trainings, and ministry planning sessions Hands-on set up for offsites, acting as the team’s concierge to provide an excellent experience

Evaluation:
The Ministry Leadership Team Assistant will meet regularly with the Director of Central Ministries for planning, goal-setting, progress updates, and general coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
