📌 What We’re Looking For: Business Consumer Manager
We are looking for a Business Consumer Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our consumer-facing marketing services. This role focuses on driving consumer adoption, engagement, and revenue through scalable marketing solutions such as promotions, incentives, loyalty programs, and merchant-funded campaigns.
You will work closely with marketing, product, partnerships, data, and operations teams to design, launch, and optimize marketing services that create value for consumers and merchants while supporting DANA’s overall business objectives.
What You Will Do :
- Define and own the strategy and roadmap for consumer marketing services, including promotions, incentives, loyalty, and campaign solutions
- Own and track key business KPIs, such as adoption, engagement, retention, revenue contribution, and ROI
- Design and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for marketing service launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
- Develop scalable promotion and incentive frameworks that balance consumer growth with sustainable unit economics
- Collaborate with merchant and partnership teams to co-create consumer-facing marketing programs and co-marketing initiatives
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate marketing and business needs into consumer-facing tools and features
- Ensure smooth execution across campaign operations, product launches, and ongoing marketing services
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to continuously optimize strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, partnerships, finance, legal, data, operations) to support marketing service objectives
- Prepare and present regular performance updates and insights to key stakeholder
What You Will Need :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field
- 6–10+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth, category management, or marketing strategy within tech, marketplace, or fintech companies
- Proven experience owning consumer-facing initiatives with measurable impact on adoption, engagement, and revenue
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, promotions, incentives, loyalty mechanics, and marketing ROI
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams on consumer-facing tools or features
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data and KPIs
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in fintech, e-wallets, marketplaces, or digital payment platforms
- Exposure to merchant-funded promotions, loyalty programs, or marketing monetization models
- Background in product marketing, growth experimentation, or category management
- Experience scaling marketing services in startup or high-growth environments
