Summary: We are looking for a motivated Project Management Intern to support the execution of our fast-paced launches. Based within the Supply Chain department, this role helps connect multiple teams by coordinating timelines, tracking tasks, and assisting in keeping projects organized from concept to launch. You will be essential in supporting the cross-functional activities required for a successful launch. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about beauty and eager to learn.
Please note that this internship is a 6-month full-time contract.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a New Product Development Intern, you will support the NPD team across a wide range of daily activities and strategic initiatives. This internship will give you exposure to the end-to-end product development process—from early concept coordination to supporting documentation, timelines, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll work closely with NPD Project Managers and peers across Product Development, Packaging Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality, gaining hands-on experience in how new beauty products are brought to life within an international brand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution:
- Coordinate assigned product launches projects with the help of line manager.
- Monitor project progress on Project Management tool (Asana) and flag delays or risks to the project manager.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Packaging, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Design, etc.) to gather required information and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Lead internal meetings, take minutes, and record action items.
- Prepare meeting’s agendas and recaps.
Documentation, Reporting & Support:
- Assist in tracking shipments of new components and finished goods with Logistics team.
- Support the team in following up on delivery status and escalating delays when needed.
- Assist in creating presentation materials for project reviews and stakeholder updates.
- Participate in the preparation of regular department reports.
- Support the standardization and preparation of documentation (e.g., SOPs) and help record new or updated processes.
- Help with setting up and implementing automation initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying workflow gaps and proposing optimizations.
Requirements
- Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Project Management / Operations Management, Business Administration / Business Management, Industrial / Manufacturing / Chemical Engineering or related fields.
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
- Strong organizational and planning mindset with attention to detail.
- Team player & collaboration skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent in English.
