Role Overview
The Graphic Designer Intern will support the Senior Graphic Designer across daily production and creative execution.
The role involves close collaboration with the Content studio, Event, and Marketing teams to create graphic designs aligned with project objectives and brand positioning.
This position is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced media and luxury brand environment, with exposure to editorial, events, social, video, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic & Design Support
- Design and adapt:
- Digital banner ads
- Website banners
- Social media assets (posts, stories, carousels, thumbnails)
- On-site banners and digital placements
- Assist with the design and creation of online marketing collaterals, including:
- Event posters
- Promotional materials
- Marketing and presentation assets
- Assist in creating and refining logos, brand lockups, and visual assets in line with brand guidelines
- Ensure consistency across layouts, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Collaborate with event and editorial teams to deliver designs aligned with event objectives and brand positioning
Video & Motion Graphics Support
- Create and adapt graphic elements for video content (titles, lower thirds, subtitles, end cards)
- Support basic motion graphic needs in collaboration with video editors
- Prepare graphic assets for different video formats and platforms
Product Styling & Photography Support
- Assist in product styling for photography shoots (fashion, lifestyle, commercial)
- Support moodboard creation, visual references, and prop sourcing
- Assist on set with styling and production logistics when required
- Help organise, review, and manage post-shoot assets
Requirements
- Proficiency in Canva (main working and collaboration tool); familiarity with other design tools is a plus
- Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with a good eye for layout, composition, and balance
- Comfortable working with feedback and revisions
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in media, fashion, lifestyle, events, or luxury branding
- Willingness to learn and grow within a creative team
- Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Fluent in Thai and able to communicate professionally in English (spoken and written)
Additional Notes
- Start Date: ASAP
- Stipend: Unpaid
- End Date: Open-ended, with a minimum commitment of 2 months
- Work Schedule:
- Minimum 3 working days per week
- Open to remote work, with at least 2 days per week in the office
- Preferred Background:
- Recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
