As Partner Training Lead, you will own the delivery of Profound’s education programs directly to agencies and partners. This is a field-facing role that combines curriculum delivery, practitioner enablement, and operational ownership. When partners need certification programs, enablement days, or custom workshops, you design the plan and execute it. You are accountable for whether practitioners can actually use what they learn.
This is part educator, part field operator, and entirely accountable for partner outcomes.
What you’ll do
Own agency enablement content end to end, including workshop curriculum, certification preparation, grading, and follow-up
Travel to partner offices 30 to 40 percent of the time to deliver in-person training and certification support
Map agency practitioner skill gaps to training and certification requirements
Build and adapt training plans for partners of varying sizes and maturity levels
Grade certifications with substantive, specific feedback that raises the quality bar
Develop repeatable playbooks for partner training engagements
Collaborate with the Lead Instructor to align workshop content with the broader curriculum and certification standards
Track certification progress and surface insights to the Ecosystem team
Collect field feedback and feed it directly into curriculum evolution
Who you are
Experienced trainer, facilitator, or enablement lead who has delivered technical or strategic education to professional audiences
Strong presence in front of both small and large groups
Organized operator capable of managing complex multi-office training logistics
Energized by travel and field engagement
Skilled evaluator who provides direct, actionable practitioner feedback
Adaptable in live learning environments
Background in agency environments, consulting, professional training, or partner enablement
Collaborative with curriculum teams but autonomous in field execution
Deeply care about practitioner learning and real skill development
Location
This is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, with 30 to 40 percent travel to partner offices nationwide. Designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
For this role, the expected base salary range is $140,000 to $180,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks.
