We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide vital support to our CEO and COO in a role that is central to the smooth functioning of our executive leadership team. This position calls for a confident and adaptable professional who can manage complex calendars, coordinate Board communications, and deliver high-level administrative support with precision and discretion.
Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance immediate priorities with longer-term planning. You will bring proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leaders and contributing to effective board governance. Your approach will be proactive and detail-focused, with strong organisational skills that enable you to manage competing demands while engaging effectively across all levels of the organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our executive team and play a key role in driving the success of our organisation. You will be comfortable using digital tools and have strong capability with Microsoft Office Suite. A working knowledge of tikanga and Te Reo Māori will be highly regarded.
