Physical Therapist

Cedar Park Group is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a short-term assignment at a rehabilitation and nursing center in Vestal, NY.

Assignment Details

• Mid-May through mid-August
• 30–32 hours per week
• Monday–Friday
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible within that window)
• Work across 3 nearby buildings (close proximity)

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to a geriatric population
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

• Active NY Physical Therapist license
• Experience in rehab, SNF, or long-term care preferred
• Ability to work across multiple nearby buildings

This is a strong local opportunity for a PT looking for consistent summer hours in a rehab and long-term care setting.
