Product Designer

Mission
As a Product Designer, you will need to lead end-to-end design processes that translate business goals into compelling, functional user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, define design strategies and deliver scalable solutions that solve real-world problems and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:
- Crafting clear, engaging and highly functional user interfaces for mobile apps.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders from project inception to launch, ensuring design consistency and quality.
- Participating in the complete design lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing and final UI delivery.
- Advocating for user needs by applying usability principles, conducting research and translating insights into innovative design solutions.
- Continuously iterating based on user feedback and data to optimize user flows and interface elements.
- Communicating design concepts effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering alignment and shared understanding.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements
Must Have
- Experience in UI/UX design (with a strong focus on UI), showcasing a competitive portfolio of user-centric projects.
- Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma, with a solid understanding of design tokens and variables.
- Familiarity with usability testing, user research methodologies and accessibility standards.
- Proven ability to create reusable design components and establish scalable design patterns.
- Experience designing native mobile apps (iOS & Android) and responsive web interfaces.
Nice to Have
- Experience with web and mobile software development processes.
- Background working in high-impact sectors such as telecommunications, financial services, retail, or SaaS.
- Previous experience in startup or scale-up environments, contributing to fast-paced and innovative projects.
