We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer who thrives on solving complex problems with elegant, simple solutions. You’ll be responsible for shaping intuitive and delightful user experiences that align with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Design intuitive and effective user interfaces grounded in fundamental design principles and best practices.
Take ownership of the creative process—from concept to delivery—while fostering collaboration across teams.
Deliver UX artifacts (task flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.) to drive clarity and gather feedback throughout the design lifecycle.
Generate final high-fidelity design specifications to guide developers toward precise implementation.
Craft and present thoughtful design strategies to stakeholders, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to deliver cohesive design solutions.
Advocate for design system adoption and consistency across products. Share insights and contribute to system improvements.
Clearly articulate your design rationale through compelling storytelling and presentations.
Explore new ways of communicating design ideas to engage and inspire stakeholders.
Iterate quickly based on feedback and usability testing to improve designs continuously.
Plan and manage your work effectively, forecasting timelines and meeting deadlines.
Stay curious—actively learn about our domain, users, and competitors to bring fresh ideas and innovation to your work.
Strong proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, and layout.
Proven experience of 2 to 5 years designing for web and/or mobile platforms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to work effectively with both designers and non-designers.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and end-to-end product design work.
Experience working with a design system.
Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods.
Passion for building open-source or developer-focused tools (if relevant to your company).
Past experience of working at a B2B SaaS startup.
