Founded in 2020 by Sander Joonyoung van Bladel and Veronika Strotmann, Yepoda is a fast-growing beauty start-up based in the heart of Berlin. Our products are available across Europe and, since March 2025, at Sephora Europe – online and in over 250 stores. As a certified B Corp™, we are committed to building a business with purpose. We are looking for a Product Development Intern to join our growing team.
Your Tasks
Drive end-to-end new product development projects.
Run various sample quality controls.
Support regulatory documentation.
Prepare and coordinate supplier meetings, making sure all projects are aligned and on time.
Help implement and maintain the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and data sets.
Your Profile
Currently studying or recently graduated in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Experience in a fast-paced, fast-growing startup environment is a plus.
Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate your projects clearly and concisely.
Comfortable working with data and project management tools (Notion, Google Suite, PLM software).
Interested in the beauty industry, particularly K-Beauty trends and cosmetic innovation.
