Our client is recruiting a Product Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of the line of products assigned - Hard Flooring. He/she is also responsible for the promotion, development, marketing, sales, and follow-up of the Company products to optimize profit, and meet sales and marketing objectives approved by the Managing Director. He/she is responsible for training, guiding, motivating, and monitoring the Sales Team regarding product knowledge, sales techniques, and market opportunities related to the Hard Flooring range.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
· Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in sales or product management, preferably in flooring, construction materials, interior finishing, or related industry.
· Experience in developing and managing product ranges and supplier relationships.
· Experience leading or supporting a sales team.
