WHO WE ARE:
Teague is an independent design consultancy that combines technology expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior to design what’s next for companies in automotive, commercial aviation, smart cities and infrastructure, advanced mobility, technology, space, and defense. On any given day, you might be prototyping a new space station, designing cutting-edge technology, or traveling around the world conducting research. We are approaching our one-hundred-year anniversary and are proudly employee-owned. Our culture fosters collaboration, accountability, and stability - because when we succeed, we all win. Come be a part of something bigger than just a job - build your career with an employee-owned company that invests in you!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Teague’s Project Managers lead the charge on multi-disciplinary projects - driving day-to-day execution across timelines, budgets, teams, and client communications. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong appreciation for design, you’ll collaborate with creative and program leaders to deliver impactful, on-time, and on-budget results.
You’ll manage scopes up to $1M and guide teams of 1–20 people, ensuring seamless coordination and standout outcomes that exceed client expectations. Success in this role means being organized, communicative, and relentlessly focused on delivering quality. This person will primarily support Teague’s Customer Introduction teams.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
5% Business travel required for project-related, business development, and/or industry engagements. Additionally, while the main office for this role is in Everett, there may be local travel required to other Teague offices in Seattle and Renton from time to time.
WHO YOU ARE:
You’re a proactive, organized, and collaborative project manager who thrives in creative, fast-moving environments. With at least two years of experience leading complex design or product development projects, you know how to drive work from kickoff to delivery - on time, on budget, and on point.
You think strategically, communicate clearly, and bring teams together to make things happen. You bring strong emotional intelligence to your work - reading the room, building trust with clients and teammates, and navigating competing perspectives with empathy and clarity.
You’re comfortable building project plans, managing budgets, and guiding teams through ambiguity. Rather than relying on rigid frameworks or predefined requirements, you adapt your approach to meet the needs of the client and the team - using the right tools, structure, and process for the moment. You balance structure with flexibility and are energized by helping teams figure things out together while moving work forward. You’re passionate about supporting great design through smart execution.
