As a Recruitment Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment team with a main focus on Management position and Mass Hiring for operational teams. You will collaborate with the People Teams and Hiring Managers to ensure that all processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the end to end recruitment process and mass hiring process.Assist in general recruitment administrative tasks such as create the offer letter, agreements, and other tasks as needed.Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Maintain and update new hires data and related documents.
Requirements:
Final year or Fresh graduate from Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field. Eager to learn and strong organizational .Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Willing to work from the office.Available to join ASAP.
