Tradewing is seeking a revenue-driven marketing leader to build and scale a qualified inbound engine, increase ACV through packaging and positioning, and shorten the sales cycle. This is not a brand role. This is a revenue ownership role.
You will design and execute a marketing system that:
Increases qualified inbound leads to 25–40 per month
Raises ACV from $3.5K to $6K–$9K
Reduces sales cycle from 60–120 days to 45–75 days
Supports one sales rep efficiently
Revenue Strategy & Planning
- Own marketing-driven pipeline targets
- Translate ARR goals into monthly lead and conversion targets
- Align marketing tightly with sales execution
Packaging & Positioning
- Redesign pricing tiers (Core / Engagement Suite / Unified Platform)
- Develop value-based messaging to support higher ACV
- Build competitive positioning (Higher Logic, Hivebrite, Forj, GrowthZone etc.)
Inbound & SEO Engine
- Lead bottom-of-funnel SEO, AEO and GEO strategy (comparison pages, alternatives, ICP keywords, FAQ’s)
- Improve demo conversion rate
- Build lead scoring and qualification frameworks
Sales Cycle Acceleration
- Develop case studies with measurable ROI
- Create ROI calculators and migration guides
- Build pre-demo education content to shorten time-to-close
Data & Analytics
- Track full-funnel metrics (traffic → demo → close)
- Optimize based on conversion data
- Report on marketing ROI clearly and consistently
This is a work-from-home setup
Target of 42.5 billable hours per week
This role follows a consistent daily rhythm that aligns with US Eastern business hours while giving you time for rest, personal tasks, and balance throughout your day.
Here’s what a typical day looks like:
Start your day with a 4.5-hour work block: 9:30am–2:00pm (PHT)
Enjoy your afternoon free: 2:00pm–8:00pm (PHT)
Finish your workday with another 4.5-hour block: 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT)
Sleep/rest: 12:30am–9:30am (PHT)
This structure offers a long midday break while supporting strong collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours.

What Your Typical Day May Look Like

Note: All of these times would shift 1 hour later when the time difference switches to 13 hour differences from 12 hour differences
2–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing
Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
Strong academic background who graduated with an outstanding General Weighted Average
Experience scaling companies from $1M–$5M ARR
Proven ownership of pipeline or revenue targets
Experience with ACV expansion and pricing strategy
Strong understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing
Comfortable operating in a lean environment
