RN - Critical Care - Adult
Cedar Park Med is recruiting experienced Critical Care RNs for Adult ICU holding unit/ED,
Schedule/shifts:
Night shifts. 12hrs. Will be required to work every other weekend and some holidays- set schedules and time off more than 7 days will not be granted.
13 week assignment with possible extension.
***Hiring for both local and traveler positions! Only candidates outside a 50-mile radius qualify for traveler roles. Rates vary based on experience and whether the position is local or traveler.***
Requirements:
- Current New York State Registration.
- BLS required, ACLS required
- Minimum 1.5 years recent acute care ICU experience within a Level I or II trauma center.
- ED experience is preferred.
- Experience with an EPIC Electronic Medical Records preferred.
Duties: Able to perform majority of patient care skills, good nursing assessment in the level of acute care setting in the specialty with minimal orientation and supervision. Provide Specialized, intensive care to patients in an, often, fast-paced environment. Perform detailed, continuous patient assessments and monitoring vitals. Stabilizing critical care patients and managing their care.
